Langtree at the Lake is a long awaited live, work and play type of community that is currently under construction. With what looks to be phase one nearly completed Lake Norman residents are excited to finally be able to enjoy one of the areas newest destination. New apartments now overlook views of Lake Norman and residents are enjoying a private clubhouse and community pool complete with outdoor living areas and TV’s. New shops, restaurants and conveniences that are opening week by week and residents and the public are welcoming the new energy and excitement a project of this magnitude brings. Walking paths over two adjoining ponds have already been started and are thought to lead to the future Phase 2 of the Langtree at the Lake project.

Located just over the Mecklenburg, Iredell county line at exit 31 off I-77 Mooresville, the Langtree at the Lake community offers a vast mix of retail, office space and restaurants all with spectacular views of Lake Norman. The final plan for the waterfront Langtree plan calls for hotels, an office campus, apartments, luxury condos, waterfront custom home communities, lots of retail and even amphitheater for outdoor entertainment.
